When does my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. Weekends will need 1-2 days grace period

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. International shipping times vary and customs delays are out of our control.

Customs & fees?
Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or stolen packages?
Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Reach out and we’ll help however we can, but replacements are not guaranteed.

Do you accept returns?
7-day return window

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Wrong size ordered?
We do offer size-based returns or exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

How do I keep my piece looking right?
Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry when possible. Heat and over-washing will shorten the life of the garment.

Will prints crack or fade?
Wear tells a story. Proper care slows aging, but change over time is part of the piece.

How does sizing run?
Each piece fits differently by design. Size charts are intentional, please use them.
